These Nutella & Peanut Butter Energy Balls are mouthwatering, nutritious, and super fragrant thanks to almond extract! This is an easy no bake recipe, and these little balls of joy are great for a quick midday snack or dessert!
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a course texture is achieved.
Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes. (Note: this helps to harden the mixture so that it is less sticky and easier to roll into balls.)
Roll into balls of your desired size. (Mine were about 1.2-inch in diameter, but you can make them smaller or larger as you like.)
Chill in the refrigerator or freeze in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until solid. Then enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight box/container in the freezer or refrigerator.
You can use more honey or Nutella if you have a really big sweet tooth like me. π
