Optional: Biscoff spread drizzle (you’ll need an addition ¼ cup of Biscoff Spread), whipped cream, crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies
Instructions
For the Biscoff drizzle (optional): Add ¼ cup Biscoff spread to a small bowl. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave until melted. Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread around the inside edges of two glasses. (This is easy to do with a squeeze bottle.)
Combine ingredients: Add all of the ingredients into a blender jug. Cover and blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour into two glasses and top with more whipped cream, remaining Biscoff spread drizzle, and crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
