1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 TBLS finely chopped Cucumber
1 TBLS chopped fresh Mint Leaves
1 TBLS chopped fresh Coriander
1 TSP freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
¼ TSP Kosher Salt, to taste A pinch of Black Pepper,
Combine everything in a bowl and mix thoroughly until combined.
Serve as a dip with these
Oven Grilled Chicken Tikka Drumettes, eat on its own as a snack, use as a salad dressing, or add to sandwiches and wraps, etc.
