Combine all the ingredients: To a jar or measuring cup that snuggly fits the head of your handheld immersion blender, add tthe egg, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings and spices, hot sauce, and finally the oil. Allow the mixture to settle for 20-30 seconds.
Blend: Immerse the handheld blender all the way into the cup and blend on high speed. Slowly lift the head of the immersion blender as the mixture turns creamy, then remove it from the jar.
Store: Transfer to an airtight jar or container with a lid (if you made it in a measuring cup) and store in the refrigerator. Use within 2 weeks.
