The calculations were done using online tools, such as calcounter.net, myfitnespal.com, nutrifox.com, or recipe widgets such as WP Recipe Maker. Even though we have tried to provide accurate nutritional information, these figures should be considered estimates. Varying factors such as product types or brands purchased, natural fluctuations in fresh produce, and the way ingredients are processed change the effective nutritional information in any given recipe. Any change in ingredient will change the nutritional information, sometimes considerably. Furthermore, different online calculators provide different results depending on their own nutrition fact sources.
Under no circumstances will this site be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on nutritional information we provide.
